Yamunotri Temple commonly known as Yamunotri, is a Hindu temple.The Gangotri dedicated to the Goddess Ganga. The Temple of Yamunotri at the source of river Yamuna is the western - most temples in the Garhwal Himalayas. It’s located at an height of 3,293 metres (10,804 ft) in the Garhwal Himalayas and positioned approximately 30 kilometers (19 mi) North of Uttarkashi in the Garhwal Division of Uttarakhand, India. It is one of the four sites in India's Chhota Char Dham pilgrimage.
